THE POSITION
We’re looking for a Revit Mechanical and Plumbing Designer with 2-3 years of experience with Revit MEP. The role is to be the go-to production person for projects with one of our major and highly innovative clients. These projects are indefinitely ongoing and would take the majority of your time, but you would have the opportunity to work on other interesting projects when that work is light.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Design, layout, and annotation of duct and piping distribution systems
  • Layout and annotation of mechanical and plumbing equipment
  • Production of high-quality drawings and sheet sets from the Revit model
  • Coordination of mechanical and plumbing systems with other trades
QUALIFICATIONS
  • 2-3 years of production experience in Revit on mechanical and/or plumbing systems
  • Practical design knowledge of mechanical and plumbing systems
DESIRED
  • Experience in the Family Editor environment
  • Experience with the BIM Coordination process
  • Experience and knowledge of the means and methods of mechanical and plumbing systems
