BIM Detailer/Modeler: $90K-$115K

BIM models from concept to 3D drawings, work with field staff on 3D models for installs, BIM changes/standards, support designers/drafters/BIM model, project specs/deliverables, clash detection, and utilize AutoCAD MEP/Revit MEP/Navisworks

Benefits: Full employer paid medical insurance, bonus up to $5K, 401k w/company match 100% up to 3% of salary, FSA, employee assistance, PTO, and paid vacation/holidays

Requirements:

2+ years of 3D BIM/CAD detailing/drafting/modeling experience
Skilled in AutoCAD Revit MEP, Navisworks, and construction codes
Must be able to pass drug screen and background check
