BIM Technician - Bates Architects - Clayton - MO

Bates Architects is seeking BIM Technicians for our St. Louis, MO and Springfield, MO offices to support architectural project teams in the use of BIM tools and workflows across a variety of project types.

The BIM Technician is responsible for maintaining one or more project BIM models and associated project BIM support requirements, ensuring the prescribed performance and quality levels for specific project BIM requirements are achieved. Core responsibilities of the BIM Technician role will span from initial project set-up, ensuring BIM model integrity, managing outputs & performing BIM coordination exercises. This position includes hands-on project work.

You need a 4-year mechanical engineering degree and 5-7 years of related experience. SCOPE:

TYPICAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Selects the materials, equipment and systems based on constructability and value to conform to company standards and project budget.
