Project Architects/Project Captains
TLCD Architecture is seeking experienced Project Architects and Project Captains to join our downtown Santa Rosa office. TLCD is involved with a variety of interesting and exciting educational, healthcare, civic and other institutional projects throughout Northern California. Candidates must have excellent communication and organizational skills. TLCD is a leader in BIM implementation, and has been at 100% Revit usage since 2006. Job Requirements
Architectural degree
Project Architect must have a current architectural license.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Works well in a collaborative team environment
Ability to work with consultants to produce well coordinated documents.
Working knowledge of Excel and scheduling software.
REVIT experience is a plus.
Duties
Project Architects - Manage entire scope of major projects including schematic design, construction documents, specifications, agency approvals, bidding and construction.
Responsible for coordination of consultant and engineering documentation. Oversees, schedules and reviews all work by consultants.
Communicates effectively with management, staff, clients and others on a regular and established basis.
Sees the big picture while focusing on details and solutions for a smooth flowing project.
