Architect-Revit Designer - Technician - Polcom Modular - NY

Polcom Modular is seeking a Revit Designer to be responsible for architectural CAD production and document coordination. We provide modular systems to various commercial projects in New York, Florida, California and Canada.

Responsibilities

Building 3D models of modular units for commercial buildings in Revit
Producing 2D detailed CAD drawings based on the Revit model, including implementing data from MEPS engineers, structural engineers, and façade engineers
Performing quantity take offs and schedules of materials
Reading, understanding and interpreting building codes and regulations

Qualifications

Degree (BSc) in Architecture or Structural Engineering
Very good knowledge of Revit
Construction experience is an advantage
Highly organized and detail oriented
Able to communicate effectively and work independently
Work in NYC office (Manhattan)
