TLCD Architecture is expanding our Interiors Department in our downtown Santa Rosa office. We are seeking a Mid-Level Interior Designer with at least two years experience in complex commercial, educational, civic and healthcare projects.
Job Requirements/Skills
Four or Five Year degree in Interior Design or Interior Architecture from accredited program.
Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate as part of a project team.
Essential skills in space planning, conceptual design and client interface.
Ability to develop and follow through on interior design that coordinates with the architectural design concept, programmatic needs and project budget.
Selection and specification of interior finishes.
Selection and specification of furniture and furnishings.
Fluency in Revit a plus.
Familiarity with graphic software programs a plus (Sketch-up, Photoshop, 3D Studio).
Strong organizational and presentation skills.
