Description:
BBG-BBGM is a mid-sized international design firm seeking a Digital Design Manager to join our IT team and direct our BIM implementations, workflow standards and research. * Needed to design, generate and document BIM content, procedures, utilities and installs/deployments. * Willingness and ability to help staff in a professional/courteous manner, create and keep documentation up to date, and run regular training sessions. * Will be tasked with defining the Revit workflow to help with our transition to the BIM process from AutoCAD (with assistance from our existing AutoCAD Manager). * To provide BIM support (Revit, Navisworks, 3Ds Max, SketchUp) for staff in all 5 of our offices via a web-based help desk system.

Requirements:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills a must. Experience in Revit required. Experience in 3Ds Max, Navisworks and/or SketchUp very helpful. Experience with CAD standards creation and documentation very helpful. Experience training others in group settings very helpful. Experience in AutoCAD helpful. Experience with Autodesk network-based deployments, network license management and customizations helpful. Experience with macros or scripting to automate tasks a plus.
