Candidate Profile
- Ability to interpret execute and communicate design intent
- Highly detail oriented and extremely well organized
- Ability to plan and execute workflow to meet deadlines
- Ability to communicate effectively and coordinate with professional engineering consultants
- Knowledgeable about materials and able to select and review materials
- Comfortable with 2d and 3d drawing and rendering and presentation software
- Self starter, highly motivated, independent learner
- Degree in architecture or interior design
- Passion for design technology
- Develop 3d schematic designs and presentation drawings using Revit and Sketchup.
- Prepare drawings for submittal to landlord, planning, health agencies and coordinate followup response
- Prepare construction documents for permit applications and contractor bid proposals
- Prepare backgrounds and coordinate MEP engineering consultants work
- Review and respond and track contractor requests for information and submittals
- Coordinate equipment, finishes, fixture specifications and schedules
- Develop Revit component families for retail restaurant projects
- Develop and maintain Revit project templates
- Develop and maintain project drawing standards
- Highly proficient in Revit
- Proficient in Illustrator, Photoshop, Sketchup and Autocad Architecture
- Sound knowledge of 3d modelling and rendering and parametric design concepts
- 3-5 years of experience in professional design or engineering firm
- Degree in architecture preferred
- License preferred
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
