I was contacted recently by a person with ten years of structural detailing experience. The motivation for making a change is being driven by a desire to get to use Revit Structure. He is convinced that it's the direction he wants to take and he recently chose to undertake and complete a three day training class with ECAD in Houston on his own dime.
If your firm is interested in a motivated (even bi-lingual) guy that will combine his experience with his desire to keep moving forward with technology let me know and I'll make the introduction.
