Over six years of Revit, including family creation and responsibility of transitioning two firms to Revit. Also proficient with AutoCAD, Microstation, MS Office products and project scheduling software including Microsoft Project, Primavera P3 & Suretrack.
A variety of project types including multi-family housing (condominiums and apartments), courthouses, educational facilities, offices, manufacturing facilities, prisons, clean-rooms, and pharmaceutical labs / research facilities.
Wide variety of project delivery methods including design-bid-build, design-build, fast-track and negotiated GMP, construction management, and multiple prime contracts.
Project responsibilities that include master planning, conceptual/schematic design, development of contract documents and specifications, bid analysis, construction contract administration, detailed and conceptual cost estimating, and construction project management.
