TRC Worldwide Engineering, Inc. is seeking an experienced Revit/BIM Coordinator to enhance our growth initiatives in Nashville, TN. The candidate must be a highly motivated and personable individual with minimum 5 years of experience using Revit in Structural design.
The Coordinator is an integral member of the project team responsible for designing, directing, organizing and controlling project activities, who works with and under the direction of the Project Engineers to produce successful project outcomes.
This position will design, plan, schedule, check and coordinate projects to completion. This is a unique opportunity for an experienced professional who seeks a position that will bolster his or her professional growth.
An essential part of this role is working as a leader of a project team to convey project scope, deliverables and deadlines while providing quality control/ quality assurance to ensure these deliverables are on-time and of a high quality. This includes the management, training, and development of drafters.
This position will entail managing internal team needs, as well as external client relationships to produce a successful project.

Minimum Requirements
- Intermediate to expert level use of Revit
- Thorough knowledge of Structural Design principals
- Experience training/mentoring drafters/technicians
- Outstanding people and communication skills (verbal and written)
- Highly organized with a focus for detail and quality
- BS in Engineering OR BA in Architecture (or related field) and 4 years structural design experience; Associates Degree in Engineering Technology/ Architecture Technology (or related field) and 6 years structural design experience
